Support built on care, not just services
Looking for support can feel stressful, especially when every provider seems to say the same thing. We understand that families want more than a list of services. They want someone they can trust.
At Care Disability Solutions, we take time to understand each person properly. We don’t rush conversations, and we don’t treat people like numbers. We believe support should feel personal, respectful, and comfortable from the start.
That is why we focus on real connection, steady support, and the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones.

Why this work means so much to us
This business did not begin as a business idea. It began from the heart.
For many years, I worked in accounts and stayed in the same company for a long time. It gave stability, but deep down I always felt drawn to caring for others. After raising my youngest child and reaching a point where I was ready to return to what truly mattered to me, I stepped into aged care and disability support.
After nearly seven years in the industry, I decided to build something of my own. A service shaped by compassion, respect, and the belief that good care should feel personal. That is how Care Disability Solutions began.

New to NDIS? We can help you understand the next step
Starting with NDIS can feel confusing. There are many terms, different support categories, and a lot of information that can be hard to follow at first. We believe it should be explained in a simple and calm way.
If you are unsure what support may suit your situation, we are happy to talk it through with you. You do not need to know everything before reaching out.
What support can I receive?
Support depends on your NDIS plan and individual needs. This can include personal care, household tasks, community participation, and more.
Do I need an NDIS plan first?
No. You can contact us even if you are still applying or just learning about NDIS. We are happy to guide you through the process.
Can families contact you on behalf of a loved one?
Absolutely. Many families reach out first, and we are comfortable speaking with both participants and their family members.
How do I get started?
Simply contact us. We will have a simple conversation to understand your situation and guide you through the next steps from there.
What families say
Kind words from participants and families will be shared here soon.
Let’s talk about the support you need
Whether you are ready to begin or simply have a few questions, we are here to listen. There is no pressure and no obligation, just a real conversation about how we may be able to help.
