No, you don’t. You can contact us even if you are still in the process of applying or just trying to understand how NDIS works. We are happy to have a conversation and guide you in a simple way.
Can family members contact you on behalf of someone?
Yes, absolutely. Many families reach out first, especially when they are helping a loved one organise support. We are comfortable speaking with both participants and their family members.
What areas do you provide services in?
We provide support across Western Sydney and nearby areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your suburb, just get in touch and we will let you know.
How do I get started with your services?

Can I choose the type of support I receive?
